At it's inception in 2005, the business model of Femme de Maison was originally geared towards being an upscale social club for singles, quite similar to that of the traditional Asian Hostess Clubs, where successful gentlemen went to entertain colleagues and themselves in the company of lovely ladies who lit their cigars, poured their drinks, and sat and engaged them in lively, intelligent conversation - all in a Salon-like atmosphere. We never advertised formally, yet word of mouth alone was enough to draw in all of our wonderful members. Although slightly naughty, it was neither a brothel, nor a sex club as some in the press had alluded to! Indeed, some described us as a modern day "Playboy mansion", where we offered exclusive VIP events in rented venues for our affluent male members who wanted to surround themselves with the most gorgeous women imaginable. We were an overnight sensation! Soon thereafter, our millionaires began asking to date our Maison Girls....some wanted a more one-on-one, private matchmaking service that helped facilitate relationships, rather than just the fun of socializing and entertainment that the current Club was offering.

Like so many very successful, but busy single men, ours were serious about finding true love. They wanted real relationships, they wanted romance, they wanted passion, they wanted to find sexy companions but were tremendously busy.
